Captain DJ  brings 20 years of racing and cruising experience along with a big smile to sailing. As crew and at the helm of monohulls and multihulls from 14' to 52' long DJ's "can do" attitude makes her an asset. 

Her life-long love affair with nature feeds her dedication to environmental awareness and education. Years as a technical educator have provided DJ with the skills to create exceptional clarity for her students.  Her formal education and certifications include:

*  USGC Master/Mate 50 Ton Captain's License
* ASA Basic Keelboat through Coastal Navigation Instructor
* US Sailing Level 1 Small Boat Instructor
* US Sailing Keelboat & Safe Power boating Instructor
* J World Racing Level 1 graduate
* Competent Toastmaster Certification
* Graduate of Landmark Education's Curriculum for Living
* Bachelor of Business degree
